Mary Beth has been my massage therapist for 10 years. She has helped me through many physical issues. I have been known to go beyond my physical capacities…from training for a mini-marathon to moving scaffolding by myself to having a piece of concrete fall on me.
Mary Beth has such great knowledge of the body. She can interpret my description of issues and pains and get to the point of origin. She has kept me going on many occasions and has taught me a lot about myself. I plan on continuing a healthy and free-moving life. She will help me achieve this goal.

There are 90 days left in 2011. Have you accomplished your New Year's Resolutions for this year? More Importantly, can you remember what they are?
The good news is there is still time to make the change or changes in your habits to make your life different on December 31, 2011 than it was on January 1, 2011.
"How can I possibly do this," you ask. The answer is simple - choose differently and make the new habits a consistent part of your life.
Answer this one question: What can I start doing or stop doing that would radically change my life? Write it down. Write several things down if they come to you.
Once you identify what it is --- make a plan of action and do it. Once you start and your feel the benefits - do it consistently for the next 90 days and see if you feel better.
Maybe it's exercise, maybe it's drinking more water, getting more sleep or not watching so much television at night. Whatever it is, you owe it to yourself to start.
For me, it getting to bed consistently by 10 p.m. - because I know I am a better, more productive person well rested.
Take time today and identify what habits you need to start or stop and begin living the way you want to live. NOW is your time.
