Testimonials

Mary Beth is the best massage therapist around.  She understands how to work the aches and pains out of your body.  When I met her I was a complete disbeliever on the concept.  Now I will not live without a massage from her.  I was having significant pain in the muscles in my chest.  After some analysis of watching me sit at work, she determined my body was way out of alignment and the muscles were very twisted.  Six months later, after regular massages, the pain has vanished.  I will not go without my regular massage.

Would You Like to Have More Energy?

Energy is fundamental to your quality of life and productivity.  One way to start and sustain more energy is to determine how your start your best days.

My best days, for example, occur when I exercise, take a hot shower, get dressed for the day and eat a nutritious breakfast.  When I do these things my day goes significantly better.   When things are going badly in any given day, I find it is often because I didn't make time for the activities previously listed.

So, the question is how do you start your best days?  When answering this, I encourage you to list the activities that are unique to you, not what others think you "should" be doing.  Additionally, make your list realistic and achievable.  If you list 20 things that you need to do in order for you to have a good day, chances are you will fail to accomplish your goal of continuously cultivating best days.

Make a commitment to determine your list and to do the activities on your list for 21 days in a row.  Once you've accomplished that, I hope it has become a habit and you have increased energy!
