Testimonials

Mary Beth has been my massage therapist for 10 years. She has helped me through many physical issues.  I have been known to go beyond my physical capacities…from training for a mini-marathon to moving scaffolding by myself to having a piece of concrete fall on me.

Mary Beth has such great knowledge of the body.  She can interpret my description of issues and pains and get to the point of origin.  She has kept me going on many occasions and has taught me a lot about myself.  I plan on continuing a healthy and free-moving life.  She will help me achieve this goal.

Life is Movement. The more life there is, the more flexibility there is.  The more fluid you are, the more you are alive.   -Arnaud Desjardins

Do something this week to physically move your body --- this could be anything from taking more steps to stretching on a yoga mat to parking your car a bit further away.

If you sit where you work, get up for a few minutes every hour to take a few deep breaths and stretch your arms overhead.

If you stand for a living, do something to stretch your body --- look for a yoga pose online, sit in a chair and rotate your body side to side.

Simply, move your body more and your energy will increase!
