Testimonials

“I have been a client of Mary Beth’s for over eight years. She is a wonderful, caring and compassionate professional who is committed to improving my physical health and overall well-being.  The one hour massage that I receive from Mary Beth every three weeks, and the e-mails, phone calls from her for any necessary follow-ups, enable this baby-boomer to remain active and energized. I highly recommend her!

P.I.E.S Dreams and Finding Your Unique Rhythm of Life

My business partner and friend, Marc and I, have determined that the foundation of creating momentum in your life and finding your unique rhythm lies in determining your P.I.E.S. - Physical, Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual Dreams.

I encourage you to take an hour and dreamstorm  your P.I.E.S dreams.    Some of my own dreams are:

Physical:

1.   Be fit and healthy while I age

2.   Practice Yoga at least once a week

3.   Eat healthy at least 90% of the time

Intellectual:

1.   Read 10 minutes a day

2.   Learn Spanish

3.   Do a crossword puzzle once a week

Emotional:

1.   Cherish and be cherished by my significant other

2.   Spend quality time with family

3.   Take one day off each month with nothing planned

Spiritual:

1.   Spend 10 minutes in silence each day

2.   Spend at least 10 minutes in nature each week

3.   Go on a retreat once a year

Go forth and discover your dreams and begin to find your unique rhythm!
