Testimonials

“For most of my adult life, I have struggled with severe neck discomfort and limited mobility, perhaps as little as 50 percent range from side to side.  I’ve been to various doctors, tried stretching, anti-inflammatory medicine, anything I could think of.   Needless to say, I also tried a number of massage therapists which little or no success.

Two years ago, I was introduced to Mary Beth.  She immediately recognized the issue and embarked on a treatment program that was specific and effective.  The early sessions were slightly uncomfortable but overcoming 30 years of problems isn’t easy.  Today, I am considerably more comfortable and have increased my range to approximately 75/80 percent from side to side.

Mary Beth has a client for life, and has my highest recommendation.”

Are You Living Your Dreams? What Are You Waiting For?

My friend Marc, tells his story best about why he began his dream journey.   Briefly, and not giving the story its full justice, his father, while very ill, asked his son two questions that would, without a doubt, affect his life forever.   The first question was:  Are you living your dreams?  Marc, with a pregnant pause, didn't have an answer.  His father's second question was even more powerful --- what are you waiting for?

Just like Marc, you have a story about why you aren't living your dreams.   Further, you, and most people, are leading a non-stop, crazy-paced, busy, noisy life.   This kind of life coupled with whatever other excuse you have for not taking charge of your life and living your dreams.  So, the next questions are: what is stopping you? and why are you accepting less for your life?

Simply, the place to begin is to spend 10 minutes a day in as quiet of a place as possible and dreamstorm.   Sit down with a pad of paper, a napkin, or the back of a receipt and a pen, begin to get in touch with that lost part of you who had hopes and dreams for your life, and write whatever comes to mind.  There is only one rule --- Dream without limits.

There are many outcomes -- not the least of which is to begin living the life you want.
