Your Journey will involve:

- Establishing your focus, creating short-term (3- to 6-month) goals.
- Setting and prioritizing an action plan.
- My nonjudgmental guidance and encouragement to help set you on a clear path for moving forward.

- One 60-minute initial intake session + one 45-60 minute in-person, phone or Zoom session.
- My expertise and Q&A style.
- May include practical inspiration, resources and/or referrals.
- Monday-Friday email support.
- One phone check-in (up to 10 minutes), if necessary.
