Meet Mary Beth

I went to college with the intention of becoming a doctor. My three-year stint as a chemistry major took a turn when I landed in a psychology class. I became more intrigued with people and what makes them tick than in organic compounds and physics experiments. Upon graduation, I made a cross country move to gain some work experience before heading back to Indiana to pursue an advanced degree. Life, however, had different plans and graduate school wasn’t in the cards.

As a life-long athlete, interested in health and healing, I ultimately went to massage school and embarked on an unlikely, yet, rewarding path as a solopreneur. Most were convinced I would fail. Even so, I set out to prove to myself that I could succeed in business and in my profession.

My personal and professional journey have been long, winding, challenging and expensive. I persevered and continued to work towards cultivating my best, healthiest self and business. Along the way, it has been the seemingly ordinary changes that have brought about the most impact. I learned that success happens best with professional help – the help of those to illuminate the obstacles and best path forward.

Outside of work, you’ll find me brunching at a local restaurant or occasionally enjoying guacamole and chips and a scratch margarita with my husband or good friend, working out (indoors and out) or listening to live music. My ultimate dreams are to travel with family and/or friends wherever we can spend quality time together and to own a home in Colorado.

As your coach, I will be tough yet fair in helping you identify and consistently execute sustainable, habits, strategies and systems for your unique personal and/or professional life.

What lies in the pages on this site is practical inspiration for you to discover your own path towards creating and living your best life.
