It is an excellent therapy to cultivate and maintain your body’s most optimal function.
It is often an adjunctive therapy to athletic training, physical therapy, orthopedic surgery and/or chiropractic services.

My decades-long journey with neck and headache pain cultivated a passionate desire to learn and specialize in techniques to alleviate pain, tension and discomfort related to:
- The neck and its deep soft-tissue layers.
- Tension and migraine headaches.
- TMJ/jaw pain.

Reiki and Energy Healing are gentle, non-invasive therapies that influence the biofield and human energy system for the highest good of the client’s body, mind, and soul. The Session allows for the creation of a field of presence and deep compassion to facilitate you becoming your most aligned, centered, balanced, vibrant self.
Reiki is a soft, but powerful energy and relaxation technique that promotes healing. This energy is channeled through the hands of the practitioner into the body of the receiver. The experience is soothing and provides deep relaxation.
Energetic Lightwork is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that is connected to the universal consciousness, life force and energy. This is a blend of Reiki, Energy Healing and connection with energetic gifts and tools to assist you toward greater healing, vitality and release you from anything that isn’t serving your body, mind and soul’s highest good.
This healing can be administered in person or at a distance, transcending time and space. It can be added to a traditional massage session as well.
