Your journey will involve:

  • Exploring what’s important to you and determining your starting place.
  • Establishing your focus, creating short-term (3- to 6-month) goals.
  • Setting and prioritizing an action plan.
  • My nonjudgmental guidance and encouragement to help set you on a clear path for moving forward.

What’s Included:

  • One 60-minute initial intake session + one 45-60 minute in-person or phone session.
  • My expertise and Q&A style.
  • May include practical inspiration, resources and/or referrals.
  • Monday-Friday email support.
  • One phone check-in (up to 10 minutes), if necessary.
