How Much: $160.

This is required for every new client or returning client with a new condition:

This will establish your health history, the reason you are seeking medical massage treatment and the specific areas of focus for the initial session and any future sessions such as headache, neck pain, back pain, arm or leg pain.

You’ll gain access to:

  • Evaluating your specific condition/s based upon your comprehensive health history.
  • Establishing the focus of your treatment.
  • Setting and prioritizing a treatment plan.

What’s Included:

  • One initial intake session (up to 30 minutes).
  • 45 minutes of hands-on treatment.
  • My expertise, Q&A and educational style.
  • My treatment recommendations.

May include practical inspiration, resources and/or referrals.

Master Level Massage

How Much: 55 to 60 minutes - $120. 70-75 minutes - $160.

What’s Included:

  • Brief update on your condition (up to 10 minutes).
  • Hands-on customized, precision deep-tissue treatment.
  • My 27 years of expertise and master skills, Q&A and educational style.
  • May include practical inspiration, resources and/or referrals.

Reiki and Energy Healing

How much:

Reiki and Energy Healing are gentle, non-invasive therapies that influence the biofield and human energy system for the highest good of the client’s body, mind, and soul. The Session allows for the creation of a field of presence and deep compassion to facilitate you becoming your most aligned, centered, balanced, vibrant self.

Reiki is a soft, but powerful energy and relaxation technique that promotes healing. This energy is channeled through the hands of the practitioner into the body of the receiver. The experience is soothing and provides deep relaxation.

Energetic Lightwork is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that is connected to the universal consciousness, life force and energy. This is a blend of Reiki, Energy Healing and connection with energetic gifts and tools to assist you toward greater healing, vitality and release you from anything that isn’t serving your body, mind and soul’s highest good.

This healing can be administered in person or at a distance, transcending time and space. It can be added to a traditional massage session as well.

This is great for you if:

  • Brief update and assessment of your current condition (up to 10 minutes)
  • Customized Energy Healing Session (40-55 minutes) to facilitate the body’s parasympathetic nervous system and the brainwaves associated with meditation and deep relaxation and techniques that will best support your current needs.A closing check in (up to 10 minutes) about the session and tools and practices that may help you at home.
