This is required for every new client or returning client with a new condition:

This will establish your health history, the reason you are seeking medical massage treatment and the specific areas of focus for the initial session and any future sessions such as headache, neck pain, back pain, arm or leg pain.

You’ll gain access to:

• Evaluating your specific condition/s based upon your comprehensive health history.
• Establishing the focus of your treatment.
• Setting and prioritizing a treatment plan.

What’s Included:

• One initial intake session (up to 30 minutes).
• 45-60 minutes of hands-on treatment.
• My expertise, Q&A and educational style.
• My treatment recommendations.

May include practical inspiration, resources and/or referrals.
