I am a self-proclaimed product queen, foodie and amateur chef. My health requires me to be gluten and (mostly) dairy free. If you’re like me and have certain nutritional requirements, be it gluten free (gf), dairy free(df), vegetarian or vegan, you may feel the same challenges I do for getting great products or dining out.
I’ve discovered some great restaurant items and products, locally here in Indy (and the surrounding areas) as well as vetted out some products that have become favorites of mine.

The Daily Harvest Smoothies - My favorite is the carrot chia – tastes like carrot cake or pumpkin pie
Splendid Spoon - Vegan and GF Soups and Breakfasts
BluePrint Juices - Fresh pressed juices; Kale it up is a favorite; you can order online or get most of them at Whole Foods
Kettle and Fire Bone Broth - According to the K&F website, Bone broth has been shown to be one of the best things to help with:
- Healing a leaky gut
- Overcoming food intolerance and allergies
- Improving joint health
- Reducing cellulite
- Boosting the immune system
